Description
Position Summary:
Lead department through hiring, training and scheduling a competent, friendly concierge and host team to interact with staff, management and our clientele. Supervise their communications and monitor interaction with guests, on the phone, by email, or in person, to ensure the most hospitable and informative delivery of information about our services and events. Gather data from all informational outlets needed to ensure staff confidence in their communication with clientele. Help them facilitate or direct a sale of City Winery products and services through any and all channels and means. Build show inventory in Magento and manage unit level inventory of merchandise; manage shipping initiatives for all retail products.

Additional Responsibilities:
Investor / VIP Hospitality: Provide a point of contact for investors and VIPs, aiding them in all areas that fall outside the realm of financial data

Customer Relations: Guide the host and concierge teams through the process of handling guest relations, which includes fielding inquiries, addressing comments and complaints, and addressing changes or cancelations in programming.

- Merchandise / VinoFile rewards program
- Manage and maintain up to date merchandise display(s) at the point of entry and merchandise booth
- Monitor the VinoFile system, managing new member input into POS, ensuring credits are applied, and making sure all data entry is done and members get information when requested
