- Someone who is excited, passionate and/or involved in the bar and cocktail scene in Manchester and the surrounding area.
- A self-starter who wants to make things happen and can deliver results.
- A natural networker with excellent guest service skills.
- A dynamic individual with great administration and computer skills who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment.
