About this role …
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic F&B Team as an F&B Supervisor.
You’ll be working closely with the team to oversee and be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the department. Key focus will be on ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience, department preparation, food and drink service and team member training.
What we’re looking for …
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• The ability to upsell and motivate team members into doing this
• Excellent communication to all customers, including team members
• Knowledge of running an F&B Department including basic knowledge of rotas, P&L’s and F&B systems
• The ability to delegate tasks and supervise team members
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week
• The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly and problem solve effectively
• Have the confidence in thinking of cost effective new ideas by networking
• The ability to complete tasks efficiently and in timely manner
