JoJo is Actively Seeking a General Manager

Ideal Candidates would have the following prerequisites and characteristics:
-Independent, self-motivated thinker.
-Previous experience in all hourly roles (has growth history in FOH roles).
-Has strong understanding of Open Table Flex and/or Resy.
-Previous Maitre D’ experience a plus.
-Fine dining experience a must.
-Possess strong understanding of restaurant financials.
-Experienced in forecasting.
-Experienced in dynamic scheduling.
-Has strong understanding of cost controls.
-Owner mentality.
-Understanding and experienced in beverage purchasing, managing cost and maintaining inventory.
-3 to 5 years restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting.
-FULL AVAILABILITY-Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
*Can be a strong AGM or previous GM that reported to an owner.
