FINANCE CREATIVE
Tasks
-Be part of our hotel Finance team.
-You are constantly moving between payroll, accounts receivable, payable and cost control.
-Work closely with the Lead Finance to support preparation of the hotels forecasts and budgets.
-Produce reports with an accurate detail, through understanding, ready to share the workings out.
-Always on time. Deadlines are embraced and we don’t keep people waiting. Our guests don’t like it and it’s our culture throughout. --We plan properly and make it happen. That’s our reputation and we uphold it. We are proud of it, we did create it.
-Work closely with our partners, sharing information when required and supporting them.
-You are not easily bored and value your place in the RED team. It would be no surprise to find you in the Hi-all on a Monday morning, playing a game of pool with a regular guest. You enjoy it and recognize the guest experience as the heart of our business.
-Communicate with fellow creatives … constantly.
-Offer ideas, make suggestions and encourage fellow Creatives - for the benefit of guests, the venue and your colleagues.
-Be coached. Go as far as you can. We insist.
