Description
Competitive salary for an AGM, with potential for growth.
Must have experience in and/or be able to:
Schedule FOH staff according to projected business.
Have knowledge of Quickbooks, Open Table and Scheduling platforms.
Have basic knowledge of social media.
Be involved in all in house marketing efforts.
Have flexible availability and the ability to spend many hours on the restaurant floor.
Work with a large FOH team.
Understand a P&L and have basic restaurant finance knowledge.
Respond to and handle private events from start to finish.
Have basic kitchen flow knowledge.
Have a full understanding of hospitality.
