Essential Functions
• Deliver food and drinks to guests’ car.
• Greet guests, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and drink selection.
• Interact verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via point-of-sale computerized register system.
• Observe guests requests and respond to additional requests.
• Present guest checks to each car and accepts payment.
• Make correct change and/or complete the proper charge card procedure.
• Participate in the clearing and resetting of the Carside/To-Go area.
• Assist in general FOH maintenance functions such as maintaining restrooms, participate in light cleaning such as dusting
fixtures/furniture/woodwork/artifacts and washing windows, sani-bucket rotation, setting up expo, emptying trash, rolling
silverware, and maintaining curb appeal of the restaurant.
Physical Requirements
• Perform repetitive movements, wipe down tabletops and legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats in the
restaurant.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift.
• Remain stationary for long periods of approximately four (4) hours in length.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Quickly execute food delivery to guests in their cars.
