We’ll want to hear from you about what can make service great in our kind of environment. It would be great if you’ve had experience in a high turnover, fast-paced restaurant (ideally a branded one). We’ll need you to have the skills to find, coach, develop and motivate great people (which we’ll help you with) – and you’ll show us that you have the drive to develop yourself and your career within BIRD too.
