We are looking for an energetic floor manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate exemplifies drive and passion for hospitality, food & beverage and brings with them enthusiasm and a commitment to the team.

The position requires:
- reliability & punctuality
- the ability to manage, coach, train & motivate a diverse staff
- excellent communication skills
- providing exemplary customer service to build & cultivate relationships, anticipate guest needs & identify and resolve customer complaints in an efficient and caring manner
- attention to detail and keen observation skills
- maintain high standards of quality in service, food & beverage, and facilities as well as hygiene and safety
- ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- compliance with DOH, liquor & labor laws
- manage day to day operations to achieve maximum profitability and reduce costs while ensuring the highest level of service
- someone who is proactive rather than reactive
- has a hands on approach to service and staff management

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- presence on the floor for the duration of each meal period
- oversee standards of service; trains and educates when needed
- support guest service through table touches, VIP experiences & service observation
-completes nightly logbook report including shift notes
-scheduling for one or more hourly positions, produced in a timely fashion
-may manage ordering, organization & budget for restaurant supplies as delegated by the General Manager
- may be required to assist with end of month inventory
2 years management experience preferred, but flexible depending on overall restaurant experience, desire to learn, skills and attitude.

Flexible schedule required, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
