We are a restaurant group in New York City and our next project is a very unique and fine Sushi Omakase/Kaiseki Restaurant in the heart of Midtown NYC.
We are looking for a superstar caliber Executive Sushi Chef who is looking to be a part of something new and exciting.
This person should have strong experience from Michelin worthy restaurants and have creativity with food as a whole.
