As a Floor Supervisor in our Housekeeping Department, you will be motivating Room Attendants and Floor Porters to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and service in the rooms, corridors, offices and public areas. As well as creating an atmosphere of hospitality and guest delight by welcoming and focusing on enhancing their experience. You will be maintaining key control during morning and evening shift in order to ensure accountability for all guest bedrooms and storage of the keys issued.
Creating a spreadsheet on daily basis with the work assignments for Room Attendants would form part of your task. You would also be checking daily status of all assigned rooms in order to identify, solve and minimize rooms’ standards discrepancy. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be distributing priority rooms to the Room Attendants for immediate cleaning ensuring to check in runs efficiently while conducting quality spot checks to ensure consistency of departmental performance.
