We are currently recruiting for an engaging and enthusiastic Bartender to join our front of house team and help set the scene for a great dining experience. You’ll provide the perfect accompaniment to customers’ meals with classic Italian cocktails, beautiful wines and a wide range of beers.

What you’ll be doing:
• Creating a memorable and fun experience within the restaurant
• Engaging with customers and delivering excellent levels of service
• Ensuring the bar area is kept clean, tidy and fully stocked
• Helping to grow the business by driving sales
• Accurately recording bar wastage and reporting to duty management
