The exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Head Chef/Kitchen Manager overseeing the kitchen operations at Bistrotheque and ICA.
Bistrotheque is an institution in the East London dining scene since opening in 2004 and in its twentieth year, with the restaurant continually evolving and an events space to service at The Institute of Contemporary Art, we are looking for a new Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to oversee operations across these locations including events in and around Central London.
See this role as the captain of the fleet. We’re looking for someone with a natural ability to train, motivate and nurture but who understands what it takes to control an efficient and effective kitchen to deliver our business strategy, which starts with happy customers. We’ve been here twenty years, so we know what it takes.
You’ll work alongside a development chef and a team of managers whose responsibilities are to ensure success in their areas of the business. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring our standards, controls and procedures are in place and rigorously adhered to in the kitchens from dish specs to the control of food safety, health & safety and training records.
