Chef de Partie

Critically acclaimed and award-winning José Pizarro restaurant group is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team in our  flagship restaurant, Pizarro, in the heart of vibrant Bermondsey Street.

Led by Chef José Pizarro, widely known as the Godfather of Spanish food in the UK, this is your opportunity to join the Pizarro family. In Chef James Martin's own words, he is the 'best Spanish chef, bar none!'

Many employers will brand themselves as "a family". However, with the José Pizarro Group this is truly a reality. As part of this family you will often have José recording television or media segments within the restaurant, or plating food at the pass intended for your guests.

Pizarro is the second restaurant in José Pizarro’s repertoire. If you have the personality, the drive, the commitment, and knowledge to be part of a successful team and drive the business forward we would love to hear from you.

Please note that we have a 7 days operation, therefore we work on a rota basis.

Applicant requirements:

Applicant must be eligible to work full time in the UK and:

At least one year of  previous experience in a similar role and operation.

Have an enthusiastic, professional, and exemplary attitude and conduct.

Possess good communication skills.

Attention to details. 

The role is very hands-on and requires someone passionate and proactive.
