Niche Hospitality Group is seeking a Raw Bar/Cold Station Cook! We offer competitive hourly rates from $12 and up depending upon experience, this is a full time 40 hour a week position. Full weekend availability a must. Duties to include raw bar seafood dish preparation, salad/cold station dish preparation and prep for entire station If this sounds like an opportunity you have been waiting for then we want to talk to you! Located in the historic Wood Block building in downtown Leominster, Rye & Thyme has all the charm of a classic New England tavern. Large windows, brick walls and high ceilings provide a modern, yet classic and comfortable atmosphere. Rye & Thyme features a raw bar with a rotating selection of the freshest shellfish from local waters as well as signature steaks, pizzas and tavern classics.

Rye & Thyme offers American-made spirits with a particular focus on American whiskey, an extensive list of bourbon and rye, as well as craft American vodka and gin. Pair these spirits with a world-class cocktail program, American-made wines from some of the finest producers at amazing value, and an all-American beer list and you have yourself a true American tavern.

Our Draught Cellar, located in the lower level of R&T, showcases craft American beer with 29 different rotating draught lines as well as over 40 different cans and bottles including large format options. Tasting flights are always available and encouraged. Our beer selection is designed to quench the thirst of the everyday beer drinker as well as those on the hunt for something new.
