Description
Swingers – the crazy golf club is currently looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to join our growing team.
Our venue takes mini golf, cocktails and gourmet street food to create a new social experience that we call ‘crazy golf’. Our theatrical venue reimagines the 1920s British countryside and features three 9-hole crazy golf courses packed full of obstacles and challenges.

The role:
As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will provide a vital link between inquiring guests and the Sales department and the Front of House Operations team, through great communication and excellent customer service. The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for answering general guest inquiries and assisting with daily Group tasks while contributing to the overall team environment and positively impacting our operation as a whole for Swingers.
Our perfect candidate has:
Minimum 6 months’ experience in a busy environment in the hospitality industry
A friendly, engaging, and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others
Excellent customer service skills, superior interpersonal skills, and is results-oriented and highly self-motivated
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Proven organizational skills
The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position
